*Platinum: approximately £30 per session if 20 sessions are attended in a monthly billing period. The actual effective price depends on your use and studio opening days.

2. Minimum term & ongoing membership

• The minimum term is three consecutive paid monthly billing periods. A paused billing period does not count as one of these paid periods.
• After the minimum term, your membership continues one paid monthly billing period at a time until you cancel.

3. Payments

• Membership is paid by recurring monthly payment, collected automatically on your billing date.
• Your price is fixed during the minimum term. After that, we will give at least 30 days’ written notice of any increase, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time by email or through the online cancellation route.
• Notice given during the minimum term takes effect at the end of the third paid billing period. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. There is no additional one-month notice period.
• If notice is received before your next payment is processed, no further payment is taken. If the next payment has already been processed, your membership ends at the end of that paid period.

5. 14-day cooling-off

• All new members (online and in studio) have a 14-day cooling-off period.
• If you ask for your membership and sessions to start during this period and you then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

6. Included sessions, rollover & daily limit

• Essential, Performance and Elite: unused included sessions roll forward into the next billing period only, capped at one billing period’s allowance. Oldest sessions are used first. Any remaining sessions expire at the end of the final paid billing period.
• Platinum: up to one included 40-minute session per calendar day, subject to studio opening, booking availability, equipment availability and health screening. An unused daily entitlement does not roll forward or accumulate. A late cancellation or no-show counts as that day’s included session.

7. Booking limits

• To protect appointment availability, Platinum members may hold up to four future PEMFiT bookings at any one time, while still allowing one session per calendar day.

8. If PEMFiT cancels a session

• You will not lose an included session where PEMFiT cancels it, equipment failure prevents it, or we cannot offer reasonable availability. For Platinum, we will offer a replacement booking or a fair extension where repeated disruption prevents reasonable use.

9. Membership Pause

• You may pause for up to three full billing periods per membership year, with at least 7 days’ notice before your next payment date.
• No payment is taken during a pause, and no new sessions, guest passes or other benefits arise. Existing valid session credits are held and their expiry dates extended. The minimum term extends by the number of paused billing periods.
• We may allow a longer pause for illness, pregnancy or another serious circumstance where reasonable.

10. Failed payments

• We will attempt payment up to three times over nine days. Booking rights and benefits are suspended while payment is outstanding. If payment is not received by the end of that period, we may end the membership and cancel future bookings.

11. Guest passes

• Elite includes one guest pass per paid billing period; Platinum includes two.
• Guest passes are for new clients only. A new client is someone who has not previously attended a paid or complimentary session at PEMFiT Old Trafford while you have held a membership.
• Guest passes expire at the end of the billing period, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are subject to normal health screening, booking and late-cancellation rules.

12. Red Light Face Lamp

• Elite’s two and Platinum’s four included uses are included uses (not free sessions), issued per paid billing period, expiring at the end of that period, with no rollover, and subject to booking, health and late-cancellation rules.
• The 25% and 50% discounts apply only while your membership is active and paid up.
• Additional health screening and consent rules may apply, and duration may vary per client.

13. Product discounts (Optimal Hydration & STEMREGEN)

• Discounts apply only to eligible products purchased through the PEMFiT website or in studio, at the normal retail price, for your personal use, subject to stock availability, and cannot be combined with another discount or promotion unless we expressly allow it.

14. PEMFiT Source water

• PEMFiT Source is drinking water prepared and provided during each attended PEMFiT session. It is not a separate access benefit, does not roll over or accumulate, and carries no promised health outcome.

15. Upgrades & downgrades

• Upgrades take effect on your next monthly payment date.
• Downgrades take effect on your next monthly payment date after the minimum term. No refund is given for the current paid period.

16. Booking rules

• A 24-hour notice rule applies to PEMFiT sessions, guest passes and Red Light Face Lamp bookings.
• Late cancellation, no-show and late-arrival rules apply.

17. Using your benefits

• Membership benefits can currently be used only at PEMFiT Old Trafford (this may change in future).
• Your membership and benefits are personal and non-transferable, except for the stated guest passes.

18. Eligibility

• Membership is for those aged 18 and over, unless authorised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

19. Existing Bronze, Silver & Gold members

• Existing members will be contacted and asked whether they wish to move to the new membership. If you do, it starts from your next billing period. If you do not, you may stay on your current plan with no change, and will be classed as a legacy member.

20. Health, safety & medical disclaimer

• Health screening and contraindication checks apply. We may refuse or stop a session where it may be unsafe.
• PEMFiT provides wellness services. We do not diagnose, cure, treat or prevent medical conditions, do not replace medical advice, and do not guarantee results.
